‘Mathmatical Currents’

Designed to complement Aida’s Peti-ta Showroom, these artworks were created using an interactive system I built, which translates mathematical equations into a visual language of colour & form.
These two pieces, in particular, are made using polar coordinates, where patterns emerge radially from a central point.

This approach allows for smooth, organic symmetry, creating fluid yet mathematically precise forms that wouldn’t naturally arise through traditional x-y plotting. (cartesian)
